During the spring and summer terms Tamworth & Lichfield College will be providing mentoring support for students to help them to achieve success in their studies.

The mentoring support project is known as shine and is designed to be able to offer students assistance in being able to improve their studies.

Nicola Howell and Ed Brewer will be joining the College from the 7th January and spending time at both Tamworth and Lichfield Campuses.

They will be visiting classes, initially targeting level 2, to introduce themselves and the service they can offer.

Students may be referred for mentoring support for any of the following reasons: poor attendance and punctuality; not handing work in on time; a poor or ambivalent to study.
